Three Passage Races with two handicap classes. The Haven Handicap Class and the IRC Handicap Class.
Trophies will be presented to the winner of each Handicap Class in each race. IRC holders have the option to enter either class but with the exception of the Ostend Race not both.
The Organising Authorities are: The Haven Series, EAORA and RHYC.
The Haven Series Sailing Instructions 2016 Section 1. superseded by the relevant Passage Race Supplementary Sailing Instruction.

3. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Boats must meet the minimum standards laid out in the 2016 -

3.2 All include a functional engine with adequate fuel, and a marine VHF transceiver.

4. ENTRY FEES & CLOSING DATES
4.1 The Race entry forms (annexed hereto and online at the the Haven Series Website), together with entry fees, depending on method of payment, should be sent to the Haven Series Secretary to arrive on or before the following dates:

4.2 The entry fee includes the first nights berthing at the destination port.
4.3 The Ostend Race entries who also intend to compete in legs 2 and 3 of the EAORA Offshore Regatta have their entry fee included in the £50 per leg fee payable to EAORA.

4.4 Late entries can be accepted at the discretion of the Committee but the late entry may have to make their own berthing arrangements at the destination port
